Pompano Ford

Experience with sales person was very good. Experience with finance was not good at all. They tried to add fees at then end after I had already signed out the door price document. There is no way a person can trust a business that tries to take advantage of you at the eleventh hour.

They were quick and offered us water to help my us feel welcomed. Our sales person, Jose, was great. He answered every question we had and help make the deal possible. He was very friendly and didn’t rush us out of there. When we were waiting for finance, he talked to us about other things. He also recommended a place to go get lunch at afterwards.

Making the appointment on their website was easy, they were ready for me when I got there, and the job (oil change/tire rotation) was done reasonably quickly
