Pompano Palms Apartments

Renter beware. I lived here 4 years, never missed a rent payment. This is all true information, luckily I moved up and moved out of here.

Maintenance:
Washer and dryer were out of order months at a time, broken light fixtures in apartment not repaired for months after multiple requests calls. Toilet broken for months, never replaced. Fridge door fell off… off… they kinda fixed it after about a week, didn’t replace the fridge. Air conditioning out for over 3 days.

Neighborhood:
Do you like cops being at your apartments arresting your neighbors every other day, well you are in luck.

Front office:
Told all I needed was notice of moving out 60 days prior. Left 3 notices. Charge me late notice fee when moving out. So they are basically strong arming me for more money, going to have to get a lawyer to fight it now. Didn’t expect to get my deposit back, lord knows this place that wasn’t going to happen, but they are actually charging me more money.

It’s cheap apartments, didn’t expect best service in the world, did expect basic utilities to work, not to be swindled after moving out, and competent front office.

If this is all you can afford, I get it. I was there, but know going in, they will treat you terribly, and they might try and rob you like they did me.

Christy was such a friendly leasing agent and everyone there has made me feel welcome there. Young man who works in office that haven’t gotten his name yet was very helpful last week on an issue of losing my phone I had. The manager Nicole is also very welcoming and have been very pleased with living there since moved in and great atmosphere.

I absolutely love the peace of mind I get living here. All of my requests are fulfilled my management team. The area is always clean and beautiful. Maintenance is always responsive and promptly handles issues. Robert helped let my friend in to my apartment while I was an hour or so away. It was extremely convenient!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Christy Feliz one of the leasing agents at pompano palms. She is absolutely amazing, caring, patient & just all around the best! She really does put her all into her job and it shows! I am/was very pleased with my experience with her. If your looking for a new place to live she is most definitely the lady you’d like to have on your side during that time. Stress free experience on my end and that’s a blessing as a lot of you know finding a new place can be very stressful! Again thank you so much Christy for finding us our new apartment!

Christy has been so sweet and helpful throughout this renting process. While renting it can be very informative, and she made it very easy to understand. Apartments are so pretty too!
