I am extremely pleased with the services my dog Roxy received. She was very scared and was being difficult. They called to assure me that they were working with her, They did everything to make her feel at home. She was Brittany’s best friend at the end of her stay. They really went above and beyond. I will board Roxy there again. I feel confident that Roxy will be well taken care of. Also, the place is extremely clean and everyone is super friendly. Thank you.

Felt safe leaving my cat there! The staff is nice and friendly and the facility is very clean. Would definitely recommend, especially for an affordable price!

I highly recommend the Pompano Pet Lodge to Furry parents. My dog butterscotch enjoyed her stay and everything was returned as I sent it. They practiced great social distancing options with covid-19 in place. I even was out of town for one day more than expected and I called to extend her stay that day. Sure, no worries, they said of course.
I would advise that you ask all fees and charges up front because my bill was 46 dollars more than I expected. I was not happy about that but just a miscommunication I figured. They charge for late pickup after 12 which isn’t stated before and they charge for a mandatory bath before your pet depart and I was not made aware of that either.

We have taken our puppy, Brogan, here twice now and he absolutely loves it! They have taken my various phone calls checking in on him, and have always followed up with a progress report on him. Each time he has come home he is so tired from playing all day and is so happy when we go get him – not wanting to leave! We have invested in the discounted daycare bulk visits and will continue coming to Pompano Pet Lodge. Highly recommend, they care about your dog and their/your experience there!

Pompano Pet Lodge is amazing! They take such good care of our pup. We’ve recommended to our neighbors and family and friends. Our dog is super sensitive and a bit neurotic, and has really sensitive paws. They’re always looking out for him, making sure his paws are doing okay and keep in communication with us throughout his stay. He’s always excited to spend time there whether for day care or for a week while we’re out of town and he always comes home tuckered out from all the fun playtime he gets.
