I have spent the last 2 hours calling to make an appointment and they keep hanging up on me. When I call back no one answers the phone. I would hate to drive there just to be turned around.

I would not go there even if it was the last place in Earth. Good luck if you have any mental health issues you are drilled with questions and treated like a criminal. They keep you so they can charge medicade and then when your 30 weeks into your pregnancy they DROP YOU as a patient. RUN from that office and don’t bother calling. I can’t understand how they are still open.

Not everyday are the same, some days can be busy for them, and some days are very smooth. Depends on their occupancy. the facility is well maintain. I went there a few time and the staff was great! Very knowledgeable, respectful, caring and professional…I couldn’t ask for a better service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and if I have to go back there one more time I’d do it all over again

Well honestly don’t like this place but i do appreciate it, for those that are low income or can’t afford prenatal care , immunizations etc. I got a pregnancy test here last year , guy telling me I wasn’t pregnant, long story short had. Previous miscarriage, got pregnant right after miscarriage. Anyways, confirmed pregnancy and we’ll they schedule your first prenatal appointment like 8 to 10 weeks later. It’s absurd honestly. If you apply for Medicaid as soon as you find out your pregnant, you could get seen quicker at another office. But if your undocumented we’ll other offices are he’ll expensive. The only good thing about this place is that they cater to the low income pregnant women, moms, and families. There prenatal visists are 62 dollars each. This I know because my sister in law is pregnant now bit she doesn’t have legal status to get Medicaid. There WIC program is great for moms that need food, and especially for formula fed babies. The only thing I hate is that the employees push to hard on breast feeding. It’s understandable that breast feeding is best. But some moms can’t breast feed, and some just don’t want to. It’s not cool that they try to force moms to breast feed. Everybody’s lifestyle is different, from working moms to non working moms, to moms that can breast feed and moms that can’t. Or babies that don’t like the breast or have problems with breast milk. My doc put my son on Similac pro sensitive so I won’t be receiving formula from WIC anymore. But they sure made me feel like I was a bad mom for formula feeding. Overall I give this place 3 stars. Do I like this place? No. Will I come here if I have too? Yes.

They are so unprofessional!!!! They have no manners, the person on the phone is so rude, and have an attitude as if we are not to ask anything.
