I would recommend everyone to use Pride Air Conditioning & Appliance! They are great and so professional! I had 2 different technicians come out to assist with different issues I had, Carmine assisted me with my plumbing and Sam assisted me with my dryer. Both technicians were amazing! They were on time, so professional and friendly! They explained things to me in a way I can understand.

Liars. Terrible service. I should have pay attention to all the negative reviews. Stay away from this company.

I have had a service contract from Pride in a rental property for a few years. Never have to use it until now.

A tech came and told my tenants the water heater needs to be replace. Fine. I called Pride to give my approval to be told the plumber Andrew have reach out to me twice and that he left a voice message. Total lie, I never received a call or a voice message.
I called in three different occasions and was told every time that someone from the plumbing department needs to talk to me first before proceeding and that they will return my call within the day. I am still waiting to get a call from Pride. This has been going on for the last 2 weeks. No resolution yet.

I will need to hire another company since having a service contract from Pride proved a total waste of money and time.

They trained the customer service department well to deflect complains but at the end nothing is solved.

Not worth the aggravation. No point on having a service company if you are not able to use it.

We’ve been living in south Florida for the last 15+ years and in that time have had experience with three or four maintenance companies. After having problems with the company we were using I asked neighbors about their experiences. The results were unanimous. Pride was the clear winner. I signed a contract with Pride.
This was the smartest decision I’ve made. Pride technicians are prompt, courteous and efficient. Where other companies frequently said “that’s not covered” Pride always has the parts and ability to affect the repair in the spot
As far as I’m concerned Pride is the Cadillac of home appliance service companies.
They always do it with Pride!

I had the best experience with Pride AC for exceeding my expectations, they were very punctual and fast in fixing my broken AC. Everything went smoothly with them, no stress at all. Highly recommended company, and top notch customer service

I wrote a glowing comment back in 2016 when I started with pride (SEE BELOW). However, now in 2020 I have had the worst experience with Pride and I will not recommend them anymore. Very disappointed as I have been paying since 2016 for extended parts, replacement, plumbing, electrical, etc. My a/c was not cooling and they sent out a technician who told me I needed a new coil and they would call me when the part came in. I waited four days and called them to find out they never ordered the part (It was more than they wanted to spend on it). They sent out a sales person to quote me on a new unit. Despite, the fact, I pay extra for extended parts and I wanted the part and not a new unit. The sales person comes out and quotes me for a 3.5 ton and I have a 5 ton a/c unit. I strongly believe that would have been a nightmare. Also, they told me I have aluminum coils so it is not covered. I have copper coils with aluminum fins. They told me they wanted to patch it so I asked how long of a warranty on the patch. I also asked if they could put Freon in until we get this resolved as my a/c was not blowing in cool air and still to date have not heard from them.

Before my contract expired I had to order a new unit from another company that replaced it and made sure I had Freon in the air conditioner until the new unit was put in. Yet, I had a service contract with Pride.

THIS IS MY OLD POST-I have been using Pride now for almost one year. They always provide me with prompt and friendly service. I was very happy with Jekisha S. who wrote up my contract and with Stephanie M. the Office Manager. Stephanie is “perfect” for her position as she genuinely cares about the customer. I always ask for Chris #91 whenever I need any service work done at the house. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He always exceeds my “high” expectations.
