Eddie helped our family relocate to the Fort Lauderdale from Clearwater. He spent time showing us rental properties through online screen sharing to get a feel for what we were looking for. He then sent us listings that met our criteria. When my wife was in town, he met with us and took the time to show us several of the properties we were interested in. He made sure he was available when I was in town for business to show me additional properties. He even went to check out listings and video record them for us when we weren’t in town! Once we decided on a house, Eddie gathered all the required documents from us and submitted all the paperwork. He checked on the house before we moved in to make sure it was ready, and he was there to meet us when we arrived with the truck. Eddie went above and beyond in helping us.
