Pronto Urgent Care

I was in Florida on vacation and used this urgent care I was very happy with the treatment they gave me doctor was very helpful and informative

Contacted the office to take a PCR test for travel the nurse stated the results take 24hrs. Booked our appointment and return the next day to be turned around saying the doctor was not in. We returned again later that evening on the promise the same 24hr turn around. Returned…… took the test and waited. 24hrs passed NO RESULTS 48HOURS NO RESULTS just lies and promises!!!! Got a call from Stephanie stated she’s from the Lab with a bunch of lies and promises MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Missed our flight because the results didn’t come back until almost 4days later. They promised to compensate us for travel back to the Bahamas as flights were not daily due to covid. She answered the calls until the results were returned and blocked us after. I would not recommend them EVER again! Inconsiderate and unprofessional!

I took a friend to Pronto on a Saturday morning. He was going on an unexpected trip on Tuesday morning and need a virus test. We called Friday evening but they were already closed, but we took a chance and went before they opened on Saturday. When they did open the doors they took him right away. I believe it was the women who’s photo is on the website.She could not have been be more helpful and kind. Since he had no medical insurance he paid by credit card….it was a fair price…..On Monday morning we had the results, and he was negative and was able to travel on Tuesday. I have recommended Pronto to two other friends and they were most pleased with the service.

Every single person including the Dr. we’re so knowledgeable and helpful. Omar made me feel very comfortable. The doctor was so compassionate and knew exactly what she was doing. Just an overall good visit.

I have worked with Pronto Urgent Care on two occasions. Both times there was a sense of urgency in getting test results prior to a surgery and an international trip. On both occasions, the staff and physicians were extremely helpful and caring. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Victoria. She was kind, caring, personable and went far beyond to help me get the results that I needed for travel. I have never received such professional and caring service from a medical facility. Of course, I have told many people about Pronto Urgent Care, and I will continue to do so. I hope that others will have the opportunity to work with medical professionals like Victoria, Maria and Barbara. I will continue to go back and highly recommend them.
