Publix Pharmacy at Northridge Shopping Center

They have a list of free generics I get a 3 month supply of my medication for $7.50 that is amazing because their generics are also very very cheap I recommend everybody use Publix pharmacy they’re very courteous and helpful as well including if you do not have prescription insurance like me their cash prices and their free discounts are usually better than prescription insurance prices

The pharmacy has always been helpfull and speedy..They truly care.

Delivery service is great but my fruits were old with mold. It’s been happening to me alot lately 🙁

I use the Publix deli and pharmacy here regularly, and sometimes do my grocery shopping here. Typical of Publix, it’s clean, well lit, and relatively always fully stocked. I will always pick this grocery store for my meds, meals, and grocery needs as long as I am in this area.

As a long time customer of this particular Publix I am no longer a customer here. When a store offers a service such as an online deli order placement and that particular times are given to pick up they better be ready when it comes time to be picked up. I ordered 2 subs at 4:30 with a pickup time of 5:30 I arrived at 5:45 to find that my items were not ready. I expressed my concerns at the deli line in the customer service and assistant manager looked at me like I had 10 heads because I was upset my order was not ready. They offered me free subs with no apologies I explained I didn’t want there free stuff I just wanted their services to be rendered when they should have been. What really tipped me off was that the customer service an assistant manager really did not give a rip in one of the customer service representatives at the desk straight up told me they get complaints like this all the time and nothing happens. You can get better Service at the Albertsons across the street. I’m tired of the employees having such an attitude after 6 years of going there religiously 4 – 5 times a week I am no longer going there ever again. Thank you Publix for pissing off a customer and this will not be the only negative review you will get for this location. The store manager or regional manager should really stop in here and clean house and put some employees that actually care about their job and care about the customer.
