Customer service is really bad, she explain thing in half. After canceling a policy and everything suppose to be fixed. The insurance company sent an email whit a balance of 16,19 dollars, they say that was because we added a second driver 1 month before canceling the policy. Then you try to reach them by calling to the phone number and they ask you to text them, when you do she keeps ignoring you. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS PEAOPLE ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY NO MATTER WHAT.
