Be aware of the scammers working in the Acceptance Now locations. I was told I had 90 days to payoff my furniture of $1,124 after 30 days of having the items, they added $3000 additional to the balance and put it on my credit report. Fraudulent company. Do not sign anything without reading your contract with them and don’t believe the employees. They lie to make a commission. These specific liars are located in the Room To Go outlet in Pompano Beach, FL.

Wish I read the reviews before I purchased anything from them . Trusted this store because my mom has been a customer of theirs since 2008 and brought all her furniture from here so I thought they were genuine. Called in when my last payment was due was told if there is any other payments to make it will be taken out few days after my last payment. I saw the payments cake out of my account so I thought it was all finished until I got another payment taken out I called over 10000 times no answer I decided to call again no answer but someone returned my call the lady that returned my call didn’t care at all about how her worker told me that my last payment would be coming out on the 8th if there was anything left to pay the only thing she cared to tell me was that I owe over $600 which is a few hundred dollars under what my original cost was . Never would buy or allow my mother to ever purchase from them again .

A bunch of Thieves and Usurers. Take this advice. Do not purchase anything from Rooms To Go / Acceptance Now. There are plenty of other stores were you will find much better quality furniture at better deals

Manager scamed us told us my payments would stop after 3 months and even though i paid off the FULL VALUE of the furniturewithin the first 3 months im still being charged
