Where to begin I really don’t know, but what I can say is Mr. Jay Wallington is an exceptional individual. When I say from the time I was referred by my sister until I was done with the application process this gentleman showed me the up most respect and kindness. Thank you for your customer service, Thank you for listening to me. This is beautiful community and I look forward to living at Regency Gardens Apartments. Jay Wallington was a God sent to this community.

I have been a resident of Regency Gardens since 2013 and I love how the staff here is so respectful of everyone. They show me so much kindness and appreciation that the thought of me moving to go somewhere else never entered my mind. I love the open door policy, I can come into the office with any question or concern and I am never turned away or brushed off. I am so amazed by the support that I have received from the office staff especially with the passing of my grandchildren’s father and many other losses I have suffered since I moved in, They have always been there to give me comforting words of encouragement and allowing me to sit and vent my feelings and frustrations that come with such a great loss. They have been a strong shoulder to cry on and a great ear to listen when I would come in. Thank you staff at Regency Gardens for being such a great support to myself and my family all these years.

We went to obtain information in regards for a potential apartment and was greeted by Allison, the property manager. The minute we entered, she was very welcoming and very friendly. She answered all our questions and went out of her way to further make us feel at home. She is a perfect example of what a property manager truly is. Thank you Allison for your kindness and professionalism.

As an addition, the complex is very well kept, modern, and the best place I’ve seen thus far.

Love this apartment, I have been here for almost 7 years and any maintenance requests are answered immediately. Very friendly staff, Allison Etienne is the best!

This place is not a place you would want to raise a family. First let me start off by saying it is a nice complex during the day. The area it is located seems nice except there is a strip club not to far from the complex. At night it’s a different story first off it suppose to be a gated community it easy for any unauthorized person ride through there so that was very disappointing. Than you have a large crowd that is outside gambling standing around, smoking and drinking. I thought when I first saw this place this would be the perfect place to bring my family but it is nothing but ghetto and hood people there. I advise anyone that is looking for a place go look somewhere else. This not a place you would want to bring your family.
