Regions Bank

This bank in general is horrible!!! REGIONS BANK IS S%#*! Stay away!!!

It only works in Florida… if you ever travel to another state you’re in trouble! I can’t even make a deposit in my own account since there is no ATM anywhere!!

I absolutely HATE this bank and I want my dad to change his account from there so I don’t EVER have to deal with these people again!! EVER!!!!!

Very friendly staff always smiling and very professional treat you like family I highly recommend this bank I’ve been using them for years and a personalize service is great

I went to the bank and requested my payments on my loan to be changed to $771 more than 2 months ago. I did called Ronna last month and I can see that again $1,100 will be taken from my account. Last month I even called the loan area and I was told they cannot see the paperwork that the branch was supposed to fax.
I will have to go again to the bank and redo the paperwork that was supposed to be faxed 2 months ago or at least a month ago.

I’ve been with Regions since I was 17. This bank has its pros and cons just like any other (not opened on saturdays but I’ll live) After coming in to cash my check every so often a very kind woman named Rhonda has always made me feel welcomed she even remembers my name everytime ! All of their staff is great but Rhonda has gone out of her way to help me learn about credit even showing me her credit karma app and how it works I was very impressed. Thank you Regions and Rhonda for being so kind! Will always stay with Regions:)

Love this bank. The tellers and the branch manager are awesome. The best customer service I’ve had at any bank ever. Just keep doing great work. I’m so happy there less then 5 minutes from me.
