The first time my boyfriend and I went to this location, we were greeted by this short girl who was no help at all and claims she can’t do anything and has to wait for her sales manager. We left and came back. We were greeted by Bri who was ready to assist us with our rim and tire purchase. My car looks great and rides very smooth thanks to the tech who was awesome as well. I am very satisfied with the service and even the manager was awesome as we spoke with him briefly. If they get rid of the short girl who is not good for their business, they’d have an amazing crew all around. Thanks RAW crew for taking care of me!

Went over to this location Monday. Soon as i came in a tall girl greeted me nicely as i walked around looking at the merchandise.Once i was ready to be helped i walked up to the counter & this short girl rudely said what you want? i said excuse me she said again what you want with attitude as if she didn’t want to do her job. I’m writing the review because its not the first time i come into this store. I’ve visited twice in the last two week. I was’nt please with the customer service i got from the girl with the huge eyelashes. she needs more training on how to be more customer service friendly. HOPE ITS CORRECTED

Great customer service! Jose went late to go get our tires and got everything done in under 2 hours! Great place and great service!!! Ignore the bad reviews…. these guys are great! Great prices and easy payment options. If you’re looking for tires and rims at a great price with great employees come here! You get warranty on the tires and rims as well which is great! Thank you all of you guys for all of your help and excellent service!

Went here for rims & tires ready to pay in full & Bri advised us that paying in full would mean there’s no warranty. If we make payments its 120 days same as cash with 1 year coverage. Now $1800 dollars & 5 months later we somehow owe just as much as the agreed upon price. Never missed a payment or been late & they call you like a radio station. 2-4 calls in the same day after you’ve told them you will be in today. I know what bills I owe & when they are due.
*Their auto pay deducts the payment on Thursday at Midnight for your Friday due date. If ever we purchase rims again…it won’t be here. Staff is nice to get in your pockets, but they’re actually as trust worthy as a car salesman.

Rent-A-Wheel is amazing and the customer service is on point! Bianca helped me today she was amazing and helpedme pick the perfect Rims for my car. I had a bit of a mishap on the highway last week and destroyed 2 of rims. I found Rent-A-Wheel online and decided to give it a shot! I’m so glad I did!
