Residences At Crystal Lake

I’ve been living here for almost 3 years and month after month the water bill is very high for a 2 bedroom apartment and the bill is $ 200, not even in a house you pay that. Now they say they don’t know why so much water is coming in, surely there is a leak, they say they are going to send emails, it’s a lie, this is a problem outside the apartment but they still make you pay, I’ll go to the office to talk, the manager who is the The boss of all is never here, the cell phone does not answer, they do not call me to tell me they have already answered the email that we send nothing, nothing, no solution. I tell them when they are going to solve the water problem and they say we’re going to send an email to someone I don’t know why it never arrives. And there are other people who also complain about the high bill, but I asked others to get $ 60 worth of water. Now I have been without air for a week A / C I cannot turn on the heather the temperature has dropped to 50 degrees and my children and I wake up with a bad throat and a stuffy nose I asked them for a heather and it turns out that they do not have and are not able to tell We are going to get it I have to wait until Friday, to see if the A / C piece arrives and I hope many will read this and see the reality here in resident crystal lake I pay my rent month by month without missing and they do this to me, it’s not fair.

Great housing area near the middle School with a pool and clubhouse for the residents. On site maintenance staff to complete work orders, usually on the same day. Pool is maintained and clean, although officially food is not allowed on the pool deck to help keep the area clean. They’re is a central trash compactor on site so residents do not have to haul off their own trash, just get it to the compactor. Office is open five days per week, usually from 8 am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
