In April we were faced with finding live-in care for my mother. Unfortunately we went with a registry not realizing the difference. After 2 months we knew it wasn’t going to work out and began our search again. We found Responsive Home Care and it was the best thing we did! Because of our previous experience we wanted to interview Responsive before we moved forward with them. We met at their offices and Genevieve spent a lot of time going over their processes and listened to our concerns. We felt this was the right place to help us provide mother with the care she deserves by people who truly care about her. We were also given a tour of the offices and met the people who work in the offices. Genevieve then brought the care giver she thought would be a good match out to meet us and my mother. They spent a lot of time talking to mother and answering questions. They do routine unannounced drop ins to be sure everything is going well.
We hired them and now have 2 very loving, caring ladies (one 4 days a week and one 3 days a week) who live with mother. My mother loves them, she always has a smile on her face and is very happy.
