Terrible place to unload gotta blind side back in to the three docks. Box trucks do not respect the big trucks coming in and out no staging area for trucks other than out on the street which then the cops get called. Do not deliver here if you can help it

My favorite is there Seafood selection both Frozen and extremely fresh. Northeast clams or I call them quahogs

The customer service is under the bare minimum and I’ve concluded this after a few visits. From the extremely unhelpful staff to the extremely rude staff and higher ups who condone rudeness. The people you hire to work in your coolers should be able to assist a customer if necessary but blatantly telling me “no”to a simple request of information is laughable. The rude cashier who raised her voice at me twice during a two minute transaction surrounded by other employees and one in a black shirt… ridiculous but expected 🤷‍♀️

It’s always a pleasure shopping at the restaurant depot. They usually have everything I need. Checking out is always a breeze, no matter how many people are in line the cashiers always do a fantastic job

Not a bad place to deliver. Fast unloading. 4 star because CUSTOMER’S need to use customer entrance, NOT TRUCK RECEIVING. Customers don’t get mad at the trucks when YOU came in an out the wrong way. Docks are very tight. Do not come early, no where to park.
