Do not waste your time going here. People are rude and are very pushy to make you buy things that look old and used. After looking at there reviews online my husband and I decided to buy everything brand new from ferguson in Tamarac.

Louis & Jairo are theives. Make sure to stay away from this place. They sell junk everything is old and doesn’t work or refurbished and doesn’t work The new looking stuff he has does not have warrenty. The owner will sell you a dream and its all a lie. In June we spent almost 10,000 dollars on appliances that supposedly worked perfectly fine. When they arrived to deliver and install none of the appliances worked correctly . The 48 range we purchased was supposed to be GAS and it came as LP. The refrigerator never cooled. The dishwasher leaked from the front seals and the microwave didn’t heat up. Service was suppose to come out and fix it NO one ever showed up. No one will answer our calls. Do your self a favor and if you need appliances make sure to stay away from this place and buy new from a reputable appliance store . Be aware these people also work for a company by the name of Fuse appliances and they are not a certified installation company for any highened appliance company . We have done our extensive research on this company have have reported them to the BBB. Stay away from Richard’s appliances and there nasty people.

The fridge I bought arrived with missing parts. They promised to replace them asap and after over 20 calls with no resolution I decided to go by the store twice and both times they had no answer. I am angry and frustrated that they keep ripping people off and no one has done anything about it. I am consulting with the authorities and follow through until I get my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!

PLEASE READ carefully before you purchase from Richard’s appliance. This place is not reputable. Note: You are purchasing used appliances that have been refurbished and off the market. Be careful the sales people are very convincing and seem really nice. As soon as you pay in cash all hell breaks lose. In August 2020 I purchased an oven and fridge. They promised the appliances were tested and working. A day after installation the oven and fridge stopped working. I reached out to The sales guy Luis he replied each time with an excuse. After weeks of waiting for repair, luis sent a text to let me know he no longer works there. He asked me to call the owner Richard who is a disgrace since he does nothing to to remedy the issues. They are very unprofessional, sell bad appliances, run off with your money, and give horrible service. It is not worth the headache and stress. Avoid this place at all cost.
