Rooms To Go Furniture Store

Jeanette was great! My fiance and I had gone earlier in the morning to check out a few couches and had left. We came back and Jeanette was still there, she was so helpful and we fell in with one couch. She was patient and we were able to place our order quickly and left super happy. Rooms to go has a great selection and wonderful employees. Will definitely be back to pick out a few more pieces.

I entered the store looking for a particular recliner. The salesman Zane directed me to that particular recliner. He showed me some additional features about this recliner that would be helpful with my back issues. It didn’t take long before I was sold and purchased the recliner with insurance. Additionally, Zane showed me an adjustable bed that might be something I’ll consider purchasing in the near future. I enjoyed our light conversation, and will keep him in mind for my future purchases. Phil G

There are so many furniture stores out there, but Zane at the Pompano Beach location is the reason I will check Rooms To Go first from now on. From the second we walked in he provided the highest level of customer service without being a pushy salesman. He answered all of my questions and broke things down in a way that made me feel like he was a friend just sharing his knowledge on the subject of furniture. And even when presented with a situation where some salesmen would get upset, he maintained the same level of service, professionalism, kindness and understanding. I could go on, but all you need to know is that he works everyday except Tuesday and Thursday, so make it a point to go in and ask for him and you will be grateful that you did.

Wow, what a great experience ! I came here in hopes of finding a couch, I’ve pretty much been everywhere . Finally I found something I like, Emily was very kind and helpful. She was able to answer all my questions, I called back the next day because I realized I needed to change something with my order. She was so helpful! No issues, usually with furniture stores they make you pay a restocking fee, etc. I was able to make changes and she was beyond helpful. I came back again and got helped by Sofia at customer service, so sweet! And also helped me fix a problem. Great customer service, and tons of beautiful furniture. I highly recommend !

It was a very pleasant experience. We were greeted by a salesperson by the name Marie. She was was knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. We wanted to look around and she came to check on us from time to time…with NO pressure. I will definitely go to them again for my next furniture purchase. Again, I really appreciated the assistance provided by Marie, she excels in customer service.
