I hired him for a carport project. I paid a premium for the plan and I believed the level of service would be commensurate. I was wrong!. It took three trys to get the plans approved (I gave him the benefit of the doubt blaming a tough review process). Each resubmission costed me time and money. Then once the GC began construction, there were discrepencies in the plans. We called this architect/engineer for clarification and he was very short. At one point he stated he was too busy to answer a question. Then he began dodging my calls which forced me to call from an altnerate number which he then answered. I’ve been unsuccessfully attempting to have him meet with the GC and I on-site to review the issues with the plans. I have been stonewalled and given the run-around. I would not recommend to my worse enemy.
