Ocean 400 represented our group in buying a house we were going to rehab. I found them more interested in their commissions than what was best for us. They did not provide proper comps as well as missed such things as Home Owner assessments . They misguided us on pricing . These guys are all talk and no substance. Don’t be fooled-this firm is totally unprofessional.

True team of professional, they even contacted a credit specialist to deal with issue affecting my credit score. Got me approved in a record 2 weeks… I would highly recommend this crew of doers not all talk, accomplishments with vigor and efficiency..
