Big scam. Stay away; unless you want to pay $1000+ on unnecessary service.

They mishandling my insurance. And told me have to paid $130 for evaluation; I refused and told them my insurance should be coverage. After 15 minutes they come back and said $30 copay will be fine. After a week; I receive a $100 bill from them. So they just make you kick start and send you the bill afterward!!!!!!!

Also I use floss & mouthwash every day. What I want is just a basic check and cleaning. Just like other people complain about. They only offer you the $1000 deep clean treatment and refuse to get you the basic cleaning you request. (I doubt about did anyone ever get the basic cleaning successfully here)

Go and get a local independent dentist who really do care about you. STAY AWAY from this dental chain which only playing trick with your the insurance and offer the unnecessary service.

Great place. My dentist made me feel comfortable. She had a great personality and really lightened the mood.

Dr. Duarte and her Assistants Carlos and the X-ray girl were very nice, also Pam G. I’m very satisfied with the service.

I’m new to Florida and was looking for a dentist I could trust. I hit the jackpot and the oral surgeon is excellent too! Looking forward to my next visit!

Zero stars if possible. I am FURIOUS with Sage Dental.
Went in as a new patient, they wanted x-rays, fine. I had not been for a cleaning for over a year due to being in between jobs and Covid. So I had some plaque buildup but the Dr. said I was otherwise fine.
Due to the buildup, they insisted I get a deep clean first, which would have cost me $500 WITH my insurance. I said I need to tell my wife first. So I said let’s do a basic cleaning and we’ll circle back to the deep clean. They refused and insisted I have the deep clean first!
F*** this chain, they just want your insurance money. Do yourself a favor and stick with an independent practice.
I shoved the pricing paper back at them and walked out. Utter waste of time.
