Horrible curt, contentious and incompetent staff working here!

Kaylin speaks to patients as if shes disciplining a child plus lacks basic knowledge and professionalism when challenged with dental questions.
Monica (the timid office manager) is obviously scared to discipline curt and contentious behavior and only seems interested in “office friendships” of sticking together even when staff are wrong or disrespectful to patients!

Dr Roman and other professional owners need to fire and hire NEW PROFESSIONAL STAFF THAT REFLECTS ethical business practices!

Escalating complaints with state and ADA!

The nurse was kind and respectful but what I did not like was that the child over 12 years old must enter without the father or mother you have to wait in your car and if you need to speak with the doctor at the end of the consultation they will call you

I would like to say, that the staff that assisted me were very professional patient and courteous. The office was clean, they followed all the protocols for the COVID-19 standards. I am a Fire inspector and it seems like everything was in decency in order so that’s a big plus for the Sage Dental Fort Lauderdale downtown location keep up the good work!

The staff were very kind and did a good job. Dr. Herson treated my son like her own. Overall excellent experience.

Everyone was so nice at the Imperial Point location. I am blessed to have found such a nice group of people. They all took good care of my needs. Thank you so much. I will make this location my primary dental care.
