Sea Steps Suites

The absolute worst place ever!!! There were bugs and mold in the room as well as men outside making inappropriate comments to my daughters. I was told by Natasha at the front desk that I would receive a refund because we did not stay (I offered to pay one night so they could re-rent it). It is now 4 months later and I have yet to receive any refund. BEYOND disappointed!

We stayed Wed 2-19 through Sunday 2-23 and our room was only cleaned the first day 2-20. I informed the front desk staff 3-4 times our room had not been cleaned but we were blown off each time. Also our room smelled like an old musty basement. This is in an incredible location right near the ocean, but having a clean room and not getting the run around goes a long way.

This place is very shabby, old scared furniture and the windows were old and dirty. The bathroom was a joke very small and everything was old. Only good thing I can say is that the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The pillows were feather and the feathers were poking out of the case. My sinuses were a mess because of it. The pool area had mould between the patio stones and the bottom of the pool was green. The staff consists of one guy who is only at the front office ( I use the word office loosely) after 3 so if you show up early or need anything before that your out of luck. It was 140 dollars a night, this hotel is barely worth $80 a night.

We really enjoyed it! We took both dogs and it was very pet friendly and only a block from the ocean! Very quite and peaceful. We will definitely be back!
