Love Sephora! The staff in there is friendly & accommodating. Was greeted right away and was accompanied to find what I was looking for. Social distancing procedures in place. The store is big and clean. Selection is great and unlike some sephora stores, the stock was good and organized.

Disgusting customer service. The minute I stepped foot in the store I was stared at and constantly followed around as if I was stealing or gonna steal something. At one point I was looking at a foundation and Karen came over and dragged the foundation out of my hand while saying we aren’t allowing any services right now. Every product I was looking at she kept telling me would not look good on me without me even asking her opinion. I’ve never experienced this kind of disrespectful behavior from any Ulta Beauty store so I’m guessing I’m sticking with Ulta or just ordering from Sephora online.

I really liked Alberto. He was so kind and helpful when I was choosing a cologne for my hubby. There were some older store associates that I found annoying they repeatedly asked if my friend and I needed help to the point that it felt pesky & obnoxious, not out of good intent. We started to feel like they thought we were going to steal or something because they kept following us. That was off putting & seemed like it was only because we weren’t white quite frankly…they didn’t realize we just enjoy makeup & fragrance and were genuinely taking our time to see what we’d like to purchase as makeup & fragrance can easily run 100s of dollars no one wants to be rushed while making decisions for gifts they’re buying smh. They need not stalk and follow customers, very distasteful, but Alberto was awesome

I was looking for a specific anti-frizz product and all the salesperson said is “We don’t have that here”. It would have been great if she could have recommended something. I walk to the back of the store and for 10 minutes, no one asks if I need help. One woman said hi, but that was it. I did, however, hear her offer help to the woman behind me. This seems to be the overwhelming experience I have at all of the Sephoras I’ve been in.

Love me some Sephora! This site is tinier than most, and as a result, has a limited selection of goodies. On the other hand, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful!
