Service Center at Pompano Ford Lincoln

Recently brought in my vehicle for maintenance and love the fact that they provide a full video of the service they completed. They keep you posted through text (since I was mainly at work) and even provide a free lyft service to get your vehicle if needed. Both Anthony and Jeff were great advisors. I brought it back for a diagnosis (which the work turned out too high for my budget at this time) but they took advantage of having my vehicle in the garage to complete a recall I wasn’t even aware about. Overall can’t complain! (besides those prices)

I was looking for and purchased at Pompano Ford Lincoln a 2016 GMC Denali. Mid way through there was a miscommunication in warranty. The issue got worked out. In the past 8 years I have never been disappointed with Pompano Lincoln service. Helpful, honest and they stand behind their work. Lincoln has been my car of choice for the past 12 years, and I will continue. Amy and Mike in lincoln service are very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend Pompano Lincoln service above any in the state.

Made an appointment for a Wednesday to have my truck serviced. Very poor service quality and rude service manager. Truck has been there for over 4 days and no one has reached out. I have called multiple times and no one gives me a direct answer to when the truck will possibly be done and it already is with the technician. I had to get a car rental. I have returned the car rental and still they will not give me updates. They keep saying that the service advisor will get in touch and call me back but he never does. Very poor service experience over all!
