Sheehan Buick GMC

My service rep, Andrea was just great. I was in 2 weeks ago for an oil problem and worked with her then and we got that fixed but she was very pro-active to let me know that my shock absorbers were bad. I called her this week and we scheduled the service and loaner car. I came in and everything went smoothly. I’m grateful for her professionalism and excellent customer care! Sheehan has the best service representatives and customer care.

Mikhail greeted us and was a wonderful salesman. He was welcoming and went above and beyond our expectations to accommodate us and to help us find a great car. Everyone was very friendly and never did I feel like anyone was pushy or trying to “sell” us something. We will definitely be using this dealership again and will recommend it to our friends. Mikhail, salesperson, went out of his way to please me and I was a little rough on him but he kept his cool. I am 73 and this was first Buick I ever owned, don’t know why just never did. My Loss! Love the the SUV, I was referred there and I definitely will refer others.
