Bad bbc store everyone is cool there especially the Jamaicans who works there

It would be nice if they have my size more often

I came to this store on 4/27 /17 and honestly, I was disgusted with the customer service I received. I didn’t feel like a valued customer and the person I interacted with seemed annoyed with me.

I usually don’t write reviews about stores, but this one needs special attention. I came into this store for the release of the Jordan 7 “marvin the martian”. After waiting for the store to open, I was told by the store manager that the shoe was only released in young men, and girls sizes everywhere in south florida (I later found out this was not the case). The “manager” then took my number and gave me his and told me to text him “all week next week” and he will let me know once they come in. After responding to two texts, he has not answered since. This is a complete shame because I live a stone throw away from the store and would shop here all the time if they were more professional. While I know this store is a chain, and I have only experienced this one location, I would not recommend shopping here.
