Skuze Shoes

I purchased a pair of “Del Marina” boat shoes. After wearing them several months, I ordered two more pairs in the other colors as soon as they became available “in stock.” When “Soft Science” went out of business, I was disappointed, because their shoes were so well designed for comfort, but the “Del Marina” shoes are every bit as comfortable but more stylish. I like them even better. They’re very lightweight, amply cushioned in the heel, and they have the design feature that allows the front part of your feet to spread. I especially like the fact that you can throw them in the washer, and they come out looking like new and are quick-drying.
I hope the demand for “Skuze Shoes” will continue to grow, because you can’t find a more comfortable shoe, particularly in this unique design so similar to the “Soft Science” shoes. I’m definitely hoping they’ll be around for a long time to come.

Skuze Shoes are lightweight, but they are all slip on shoes that are very tight around your ankle. Skuze provides a shoehorn with your purchase because it’s hard to put them on without it. Beware of their return policy- 15% restocking fee and you pay the shipping-when I spoke with them they tried to sell me a different pair, and were amazed that even though the shoes were a full size oversize, they were too small. After two contacts with the customer service dept, they stopped responding. Avoid Skuze, there are other brands that really want you to be happy.

I have been boating in South Florida for over 50 years both fishing and sailing. I saw these shoes for the first time at the Miami International boat show in February. I could not believe how many people had these shoes on their feet…the shoes seemed to be everywhere. I asked someone where they got them and they pointed to a big tent and told me to look for the crowd. The Skuze booth was packed with people buying shoes.

It’s now been two months since I bought the Skuze/Del Marina shoes. Love the name and still love the shoes. The shoes are very lite, dry fast and they don’t mark the deck or slip on a wet deck. Plus, they are way more comfortable and look better than Sanuk or Crocs which i have been wearing for years. My next pair will be the Skuze / Miami. (gotta Love the name).

Perfect for everyday and after work outs! I got these wonderful shoes at the Miami Boat Show because of the rain I needed a pair to walk around on the wet and flooded outside decks. These were extremely comfortable and kept my feet dry. I had a Pilates work out the next day and wore them after. So comfortable to walk in these! No need to break in or wear socks at all. I don’t miss my snickers anymore 🙂
