Moving in South Florida can be challenging for a variety of reasons, …scammers, no show contracted help and movers who hold valuables hostage for additional money etc
Smart Box cut through all that by doing everything promised for the fee quoted.
Calls were made to confirm delivery and pick up and a direct number for the local office was given. Ask for that direct number to make life easier in the event you have to call.

This has been a disaster. We had a delivery scheduled and when the local rep called I asked for a time. I was told that delivery are all day and when I asked can you tell me either morning or afternoon it was stated we can put you as a preference as a morning. Paying help from 11am it is now noon and the delivery is not here.

After calling the local office no answer was given on the day of the delivery. After then spending over 20 minutes on the main line and being on hold every 30 seconds I am now told that the delivery will be between “12 and 6”

I picked this company because of the positive reviews and dealt with a smaller company rather than PODs might be for the best. This has now cost me MORE.

From ordering to pickup, it was easy and pleasant. Real people answered the phone; they were knowledgeable, efficient, professional. The box itself was a plywood box with a water resistant cover, nothing fancy, but it did the trick. I highly recommend.

I have been with Smartbox for over 15 years. I am very pleased with this company and highly recommend this location.
