Just lost my time with then. They can even manage to give a quote don’t bother in do the project with then.

I paid John close to $20,000 for various improvements including a surround sound, outdoor speakers, outdoor lighting, underwater lighting etc. I had an issue with the sonos initially that they did fix, I then had them install new lighting in my house. I then started having problems with my underwater lights. He swore he ordered a replacement and months later said the company is out of business.
I spoke to Lorraine in the office on at least 10 occasions and have been told John is too busy and will call me later. It’s been over 6 months and still nothing. I even offered to pay out of pocket to get it fixed but still no return. Bottom line they are very nice people, however either through personal choice or lack of interest they refuse to fix my problem. Great initial quality, not so much on follow up.

South Florida Automation is great! They installed our speakers in our home theater and did a fantastic job. The whole process was completely stress free and they took care of everything. Their team is very knowledgable and friendly and made for a great experience. Will definitely be referring them to anyone who could use their services!

Jon and his team did an amazing job setting up Wet Sounds speakers on my Midnight Express. Highly recommend this company to fellow boaters in south Florida!
