South Florida boat rentals is unwilling to accommodate Groupon customers. do not buy the Groupon. They had availability for the days I wanted to rent a boat until they heard I was a Groupon customer and then they said they were at their limit for Groupon customers for the month of March and it’s only March 11.

HORRIBLE. DIDN’T RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS. SAY THEY WILL CALL BACK, NEVER DO. ADVERTISE ON GROUPON THEN DON’T HONOR THE GROUPON. CALLED AND ASKED WHY THEY ARE NOT HONORING THE GROUPON AND WOMAN BEGAN SCREAMING AT ME AND HUNG UP. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL,.AND AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE SOUTH FLORIDA BUSINESS COMMUNITY.

My experience with South Florida Boa Rental was phenomenal. Alexandra was extremely helpful in finding the right boat for my birthday and helped make my first boat charter a phenomenal experience. I highly recommend booking through them.

I love South Florida Boat Rental. The customer service is amazing, the booking process is very easy, the captains are friendly and the boat is very clean. I had such a great experience I can’t wait to book with them again.

The response was fast. The appointment was able to be made the day of our calling.
The facility was hard to locate so the staff met us on the pier. Nice person who helped us.
The boat appeared to be heavily used. That’s okay because it’s a rental.
Upon departing it became apparent the boat was very dilapidated. The steering was skewed. While traveling at idle speed, the boat would drift left. I would continually turn left to compensate. I never turned right. I turned left slowly for 30 minutes which was mentally draining. It was annoying.
During breaks, between no wake zones, throttling up would lead to a high rpm with no forward momentum. The motor sounded like it was going to blow up with RPM. We turned around and went back to the dock.
We didn’t insist on money back but sure hoped the company would be a good steward of service.
It was a very depressing to have those plans upset.
We won’t use this company again.
