This is my first visit. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30. It’s now past 4 o clock and I’ve seen other people come in, fill out their first visit forms, the same ones I did, and get taken back. This is insane. One lady just had to walk out of the office to cool off because she’s been waiting for 45 minutes and her mother is very ill. Ridiculous. An hour and a half and counting…
