Dr. Evans is an absolute pleasure and wonderful physician! My daughter had to have an ingrown toenail removed and it was such a pleasant experience to have a doctor that was so upbeat, informative and even made us laugh quite a bit during the procedure. We absolutely Loved him!! Thank You So Much! =0)

I called and told them my insurance coverage and told them to make sure it was covered. The lady on the phone assured me it was. I saw Jason and he didn’t do anything except take a sample of my toe nail and said we can run tests on it and the results would be back in a couple weeks. After my visit I was told I’m sorry you aren’t covered and I paid $70 out of pocket, which I was a little annoyed about. I never got called back with results and now I got a bill from the testing company 3 months later for $521.79 and at this point I am beyond annoyed. I would greatly appreciate if they can make this right, I left a voicemail requesting a call back.
