The wait was Absolutely terrible! By the time my sister saw the doctor, I had cataracts. We also had to wait in line to schedule her next appointment.

Make sure you bring 2 mask. No social distancing. Cowboys would be amazed at how well they herd cattle.

Good doctor, but come on!

They never pick up the phone or respond to faxes. Good luck trying to obtain an appointment or medical records.

They do the best they can in this super busy office. Doctors are all good. There are just so many patients for different things that the receptionists are so busy just trying to keep up. I have never found 1 doctor that was rushed and did not have time to answer my questions or my husband’s. Doctors are friendly and professional and knowledgeable. If they weren’t busy I would wonder more why. Busy also means they have knowledge of every eye problem there is or where to send you if needed.

Terrible front desk “help” (providing you can actually speak to a human)! Which is actually a good thing because when you do, they lack humanity and compassion. I understand that there are COVID 19 protocols but that doesn’t give you the right to treat people poorly.

The people on the reception they don’t care they can put you on hold for 30 minutes, you hang up call back and nobody answers the phone and if they do you will be on hold again!! Is crazy!! There’s a way that somebody read all these bad reviews and do something!!!! Come on! What kind of customer service is that!!! If I could I put -100 stars!!! They don’t deserved it not even 1 star!!! Doctors are great the problem is the reception employees !!!
