I want to share my experience today. Looking for a new internet company, call South Florida Voip and speak with Marty, a wonderful man who helped me and advised me to resolve my situation. Marty and his company only provide internet services for small businesses but nevertheless he took the time with me to listen to the problem I have been having with xfinity Comcast for a year now. I went online to search for internet providers and I ran into this company. What a blessing to me. Marty was able to identify some of my internet concerns right over the phone. My current internet provider (Comcast) was ripping me off. The representative that set my business internet up had sold me all the things I DIDN’T NEED. Marty corrected it all, got me a HUGE credit on my account, and even better enrolled me in a better business phone company.

I was very impressed with his knowledge of the business and professionalism. If you’re having ant issues at all with your internet, cable, phone, etc., call him. I can’t say enough good things. Thank you Marty!

We are a small company with little time for an education in how internet companies do business. Marty knows all the ins and outs of their convoluted red tape, contracts and billing. He has quite the talent for getting the big boys to do what they are supposed to do. He does it with efficiency and a smile. Marty is always there to take your call and solve your problem. I do not know what we would do with out his help.

A live person answers the phone who was able to help me get great service and support from a local provider. They also cordinated everything so that i did not have to. This is a company i would refer everyone to. They took the time to understand my needs and delivered as promissed. They even disclosed what all the taxes and fees were.

Once we got our first bill they came out again and explained it to us. This is a world class company.
