Made an appointment, arrived to the office and no one was there, called the number on the door and no answer. Waste of time and gas.

Went there for an appointment during my lunch break and NO one was there. I call and they said they are a few minutes away. Waited 15 more minutes and NO ONE shows up. My whole lunch time wasted away. Bad business practices 😤

Scheduled an appointment with them. Got to the office and no one was there. Called to find out what happened. The scheduler asked if I could wait another 20 minutes for the staff to get there. I told her I was on my lunch break and couldn’t wait as I had to go back to work and it was a 20 minute commute back. She offered me mobile appointment at additional $10 instead of $20. There was no apology for the inconvenience and waste of time. No sincerity. Really no customer service. Thanks for wasting an hour my time!
