St. Andrews at Palm Aire Apartments

Lived here for 3.5 years, maintenance has always been prompt and helpful whenever I’ve had issues in the unit. They always took the time to explain what was wrong and what they were doing to fix it. The office staff has always been friendly and understanding too! Frequently held seasonal events and invited food trucks into the place for dinner. The staff took great care of us the past few years!

Unit itself was spacious with modern appliances, plus the hot tub is great. Loved it here 🙂

St.Andrews at Palm Aire is a “Great” place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ms. Venessa and Ms. Paula make living here a pleasure ☺. I recently asked for help with the Honduras Hurricane relief from two devastating hurricanes that hit that country. Ms. Vanessa and the staff with their generous donations rose to the occasion to help. I Love how they participate in community service. This is my 3rd year at st andrews of palm aire and it is great. The office staff are incredible. Paula has been very awesome helping me with apartment choices and going out of the way to help me find the right apartment. The staff has been very hospitable. Mike and the maintence staff have been very prompt when I needed help with anything with my apartment. This place gets 5 stars just for the staff.

Vanessa is the best property manager. If I have any problem with maintenance or neighbors and I bring it to her attention…it disappears.

I will soon be a resident at St. Andrews. I must say I had so much going on in my personal life and making a decision. Venessa and Paula has gone above and beyond to make this smooth for me. I moved here 5 years ago from New York City and this will be my second time moving and the customer service and attentiveness really sets the bar extremely high. i have been places and applied and it was all about the money and show no regards to the passion of demonstrating great morals. I will give another rating once I move in. I have no doubt in my mind that it would be anything less of what I experienced already. You ladies are awesome and keep doing what you do.. YOU ROCK!
