Starbucks

We usually skip past this one because the drive thru lines are often blocking the NB travel lane on Federal Highway. We got lucky this time and my wife was very happy and got her nitro fix. Thanks.

Ordered a venti salted caramel mocha latte upside-down with a dash of coconut milk, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and extra whipped cream. Was handed this by the employee in the window. He began laughing with the other employees. ABSOLUTELY UNHEARD OF! I. Was. Not. Laughing. Finally handed my drink and the employee apologized, but was snickering. SO RUDE. I can’t believe this. Never going to this Starbucks again!!

Way too busy. Store was packed with no room for social distancing. Does not seem clean and the sidewalk outside is pretty scummy. I mobile ordered for inside pickup and the customers inside were getting upset because of the long wait. The customers that walked in and ordered got their drinks faster than the mobile order customers. Perhaps they have one person doing only mobile orders and there were too many orders? It seemed very disorganized. I feel bad for the employees as they looked very stressed out. I left without getting my drink that I had paid for.

Tyler was amazing great customer service. He deserves a raise great job Tyler was attentive, proactive and very customer service oriented. The store was clean and very well interior design. This is what makes the difference between great and good. Tyler was very fast and efficient.

The crew in the morning is like PHENOMENAL. The crew at night messes up my Drink every single time. And they just don’t care. They are not normal Starbucks quality employees. I’m so livid, and sick of the night crew. I don’t pay $5 for a drink to get home and have it be messed up every.single.time. They’re like “I’ll give you a free drink.” A) obviously you should b) I should also be compensated for my time. I’m so sick of wasting it when I come past 3.
