Waited in line to get attended only 2 people ahead of me and I waited 45 min. One lazy person works there no help at all. Over 10 people waited… completely sucks and I’m over it

Worst experience so far.
I believe the owner (franchise was there)
And want serve me..omg she count the cheese and put low amount the meat..
I ordered 2 footlong and one half..
After all the sh… the credit card machine wasn’t work.. seriously!!

Extremely rude. Would rather treat people as subhuman. They do not know the meaning of decency. Manager Felicia is unfit for job and would rather yell and scream at someone rather than calmly explaining their rules or regulations regarding a situation. Avoid.

Came to eat lunch on July 7 2020 at 12:15 pm for lunch. The lady working there which was acting like a manager was very rude to everyone including the guy she was training. Being very rude to customers including using racial slurs. I asked her for her name and refuse to say it. I’m putting the date and time there so someone can contact her and hopefully fires her. Never again are my friends and I eating here again.

Everyone needs to get out there and support this local business owner.

Excellent service, excellent sub and an excellent way to support local businesses doing it tough. Come on people power!
