I brought my van to this shop over 2 weeks ago. They gave me the run around for 2 weeks and kept changing what the issue was. I recently had my fuel injectors replaced brand new, only for the people at this shop to break the lines & cause a fire hazard. After that, I obviously wanted my van back. The cops had to be called because they wouldn’t let me take my van back. Needless to say, my van is back in my possession and at a trustworthy shop. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. My current mechanic is now fixing the issues this shop caused. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

They made me an offer we couldn’t refuse… my whole transmission needed to be rebuilt.. ( it didnt shift into gears but the van was still able to get around if destination was local and in town) the guys were honest about purchasing a new one for th e cost 2500 or getting a used transmission with 91thousand miles for 1500. I have a 2004 Pontiac van so of course I went with the cheaper bid.. best part is that is came with a 6 months warranty and free road assistance for an entire year at no extra cost to me and my husband… other places were charging like 1800 to fix it and I feel like they would’ve just screwed up.. only thing is that its intimidating when you first pull in because there are no parking spots and they are constantly busy… but I brought my van in on a friday and had it back by monday!
