Very very I repeat very unprofessional
1. The operation manager will lie just to get someone cause they are so short staffed
2. He could careless about his employees.
3. I need had a manager text me calling me names with in 2 weeks of employment not even knowing me because I quit because he lied. In a threatening manner which he is trying to be intimidating which if you see him he is not.
All over a very unprofessional company god such a horrible experience thankfully it was only 2 weeks. The post I was sent to the offericers were falling asleep which I was told that was the most important rule. One Co worker told me as long as one guard was awake and in the gate house they didn’t mind if the other guard catches a nap WHAT. Then they would take off in the patrol car and come back an hour later after taking a nap. They tell you what they want you to hear and when you start work it’s nothing you discussed and they tell you well that’s what it is for now. Just be careful if you decide to work here and becarful if your looking to hire.
