never had any problems with my signature except at this location, I don’t know who the young lady was but she could have been more professional onto handling the issue. other than my time wasted today I will be closing the account. its not right I had to go through so many steps just for a signature ive use 4 years with suntrust

This is the worst bank ever. Very rude especially Claudia. I only bank here because my I have my car loan here. I was going to open up my business account here but because of the service I refuse. She always rude. I’m in their drive through to make a payment, no one bother to answer the call button. I had to call the bank just so they can answer rudely. The worst customer service. They took my payment without even knowing what I am here for. I called to speak with a manager and never received a call back. I called the bank and the other tellers just cover for Claudia and refuse to transfer me to a manger. The worst don’t bank here, they don’t care for their customers

Went to update my info, jeopardizing my future appointment in the name of efficiency, and was bold face lied to about my records being updated. I’ll tell you that telephone banking is not pleased when you tell them entirely “wrong” information while trying to access your account.
