I went to this branch for the first time today to cash some bonds.
The staff, especially Edward, is just phenomenal!
The amount of professionalism, respect, kindness and empathetic attitudes, not to mention EXTREMLEY excellent at their jobs. I recommend this bank as opposed to the Coral Springs branch SunTrust on University by 19th-20th Street.

Terrible terrible terrible everything about this branch is terrible i would gove negative stars if i could. The manager the banker the teller all unprofessional and rude.

They can keep you there for 45 minutes easy to make a simple withdrawal. This branch used to be much better but the new manager is doing a terrible job all of them look miserable and depressed this place will not last long

My experience at this praticular branch is always exceptional the tellers are always welcoming and the branch manager Ms.Forrest is very hands on , when I needed a loan she sat there with me and helped me out so much. The experience I get at this branch is better than some at other banks.
