I very happy withmy experience today. My clerk was friendly and extremely helpful. Also tjere was no waiting in line, she took me immediately. 5 stars all around!

I had help from a patient, professional young man ALBERTO. I initially went just to see what my options were and I spoke to Alberto the. information he gave me was helpful. I came back with my daughter and my 2 little grandkids so you can imagine the chaos. Again very patient knowledgeable and kind . He dealt with me first took his time to explain everything (bill was going to be) then my daughter. I do not believe buying accessories At these places because they are pricey but he was so awesome I bought the screen protector and case. Companies would be more successful is there was sales reps like ALBERTO I would give him 10 stars

Drive out of your way to go to this Sprint Store! The staff is top notch! We have never had a better experience in any cellular store!

Awful…will be trying oakland pk. Last time at oakland pk…I left because I felt the person helping was bored
