Went to switch my sevond phone the day after i switched my first one…. they said “no possible”..needs at list 24hours.
I had to go back at store in pompano to do that right the way!
Management needs to train better the toll guy was there yesterday at 12pm…or send him to the store on n. Federal hwy …Us1 right after Ferrari store on the right.

Great service and technical support. Plenty of staff, 5 or 6 techs working to handle the Saturday crowd !!!!

I’m sure they’re very good but in my own experience I don’t think the salesperson did everything he should have. I had to go back twice and still I can not get calls to my own phone number.

Was the most unprofessional team member that had lack of etiquette. He was letting me and my fiance know that the Store has no Manager just an ASM, no DM because of his personal issues , no Regional but would take my name to the FSO. My fiance and I just upgraded to the S20 and Stylo 6. We have 5 lines. When we upgraded she was sold a screen less than a month ago a different team member at a different store suggested that versus the otterbox. So we took it. It cracked. Today we just wanted a new glass at thia different Tmobile store. Gerald was pushing warranty going through manufacturer instead of taking care of a customer issue in 5 minutes. He spoke to Maria and she kept shaking her head no. I repeatedly asked for the ASM and he stated that he was on a call and would most likely not help me. He then stated He could help me if he wanted to but chose not to.
Completely unacceptable. This should be a documented coaching moment as this team member doesn’t model a Tmobile culture and values. Please review DVR to view this horrible experience.
The ending, he LIED to us and stated to return to the original store where the “glass” will be replaced.
For a store employee he should have Never said “I would help you, but I just don’t feel like it!
