I just wanted to share a great experience at T-Mobile! I was helped by Lupita who was extremely courteous and friendly. I had a difficult time transferring data from my old phone to a new phone. Lupita spent a long time working on the phone and was finally able to fix the problem. She then spent as much time as I needed to double check that all of my important data had successfully transferred. I couldn’t be more grateful for Lupita’s time and effort. I will never go to a different store again! Thank you!

Was greeted by a very personable expert by the name of Lupita.
She was very informative, helpful & pleasant.
Got me through the process of buying & setting up a new phone with expertise.
If need be will go back to that store if needed!

This T-Mobile location has the best service I have encountered. Lupita was very helpful in navigating the different cellphone plans they had to offer. She was able to answer every question that I asked. The manager greeted me upon arrival. The entire team had the courtesy to let me know that they were busy and that they would be with me as soon as they were finished with the other person they were helping. They have great dedication and care to every person that walks through their doors. I highly recommend going out of your way to visit this location. 5 plus Stars…

Dianna was amazing with me. I am technically challenged and she went step by step with me and helped with all of my issues with my phone. She’s awesome and personable. Great asset to this company.
