Omg. Wasn’t even hung over this time & the stuff is still Good.. but really people. You gotta stop forgetting my cinnamon twists.!!!. NOT CHRISTIAN🤪

I was there 2 day’s ago in the afternoon. I went inside the restaurant. I assumed the dinning room was open since there was no sign saying that it was carry out only. All the other fast food and regular restaurants in the area are open, and only some of the tables had closed signs on them just like other restaurants locations. So I sat down at a table that didn’t have a closed sign. No employee said anything to me. Until the manager came out of no where and very rudely said “no eating in here. Carry out only!”She kicked me out while I was taking a bite of my food. She then got loud and rude with other customer’s sitting at another table, also without a closed sign on it and kicked them out too. The other customer’s and myself politely grabbed our food and walked out. I was embarrassed and offended. As i finished eating my burrito in the parking lot…. They need to make it more clear if there is no dinning inside because it is not clear at all!! And Covid rules or not, that manager has no right to talk to and kick people out in that fashion. I made a mistake for thinking the dinning room was open but the biggest mistake was going to that TB location.

COMPLETELY DISGUSTED!

Everything was COLD. Hard tacos were soggy and crumbling in your hand. Paid for supreme and nothing was supreme. Nachos were stale. Called to complain and manager brushed me off like i was a side kick. You should take pride in providing the best customer service. DO BETTER!

When placing my order the only question asked was “is that all?” as if they were hurrying me to finish my order. I ordered 2 different meals and a few side items totalling approximately $20. At the window I was only provided 3 packets of sauce and had to request more twice! Once I got home to eat, the serving of meat was not compliant with restaurant portion control standards as if they were conserving the meat to take home later. And the Sprite tasted like seltzer water.

The food was hot and delicious
