The WORST don’t fall for that Advantage Checking, I’ve been told that will most likely end up in a Federal Judgment…but DON’T DEPOSIT ANY CHECKS INTO THE ATM!!! Not even from a Multi Million Dollar Company that if they picked up the phone they could clear funds in 30secs.
This bank is…well it’ll be like the Mall Across the Street soon
Definitely going with 1 of the Non Brick & Morter Online Banks

This location is the slooooooowest! Horrible! Wait in line is 20-35 minutes everytime.

I tried an open an account online (15min). Does not work.
I tried again,15min, it says I need to call or visit a bank center.
I call, try to open the account during 30 min,she said i need to visit a bank center.
I go to open the account in person, they open it (1h30), and at the end, they say I don’t qualify for the bonus because it has been opened in person.

3 months later, they send me statements and say I owe them over 60 bucks.

What a bad bank (never got these kind of issues with Chase, BoA, HSBC)…

This is the worst bank ever, half hour wait time minimum in drive through, baddddd service

I went here and had the worst experience ever trying to do a withdrawal in the middle of covid-19! I was told by The teller, Lany Ruada that I needed to resign; only to then be told that the money showing available in my account was not available & that she ripped up my withdrawal slip without my permission & trashed it. The level of service was total garbage & she was totally careless about my whole experience. She acted like a mean girl In high school. I was treated like a child & carelessly disrespected. I love TD BABK but I Won’t ever deal with her again. She should’ve never been hired!
