Very poor customer service

I had a bad first experience with td bank due to security questions I could not answer regarding my estranged mother. Had my account locked same day I opened it. I was upset over the issue, called multiple locations for help and got brushed off until calling this branch and speaking with David Benshirit ! He told me to come right in and was able to unlock my account, set up my online banking and managed to be nice although i was extremely upset. Thank you TD Bank!

So so so much wasted time with this bank i should be compensated from you guys for it!!! Very disappointed in the lack of “help” at “americas most helpful bank”. The tellers in the ATM line must only have a bag of rocks for a brian literally. So disappointed i even went with TD, i will be going back to my old bank ASAP. Figured i give this bank a try but they simply do not care about there client unlike other institutions. Steer clear of TD, especially this one in Pompano. Ill say it again so it sinks in for the shot fools that work the ATM line, this TD will waste your time on a consistent basis!

Hope to see the day TD is replaced by Charles schwab or fidelity someone with a legit care for clients.

Wish i could give you guys negative stars you don’t even deserve any!

Don’t go to this location they will waste your time I had to go back and forth to my job and this branch for online banking, my debit card being printed etc.They couldn’t even explain to me why my account was on hold and I didn’t have it for a month yet. No one here knows what they’re doing not even the supervisor. Thank God I filed a complaint.

Finally we have a TD Bank in the neighborhood. Great service, great staff, open 7 days .
