Unfortunately, the truth is, Google doesn’t care about your business or your reputation. They just want to give customers what they are looking for so that Google stays the top search engine. All so they can continue to have people pay them to advertise on their network. At the end of the day, they aren’t going to care if you got a review that makes you look bad when you didn’t do anything wrong. There is nothing they can do about it, or, we should say … there’s nothing that they will do about it.

Bad business! We agreed on price prior to work being done. Once he cut my lines to water heater he tried strong arm me with 100 more dollars or I’ll leave. Sloppy work and shady practices.

They repaired the faucet on my tub but left me with no hot water. They are never on time. I was told they would be at my home by 8:30 AM, and 1 1/2 later still waiting despite calling the office 3 times. This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with!!! If you want punctuality and professionalism, call a different plumber.
